In Addition to Ways and Means and Judiciary, it's also in Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations. Committees are like Schrodinger's cat box, you'll know something when the bill is reported out. Hurry up and wait. It now has 97 co-sponsors which bodes well for its success.
