IRS Commissioner Koskinen it seems lied to congress about how they were lost and gone forever although he would be pleased if they wee ever found. Being pretty certain that they were safely stored with Jimmy Hoffa or something.
Koskinen may now be looking at perjury charges and Lerner may be looking at better than that unless she turns states witness.

We can only hope this ends with some real jail-time, but given that its O's Justice Dept. I don't hold out a lot of hope.
