Productivity

Got an "urgent" e-mail from a lefty source that expressed outrage (of course) at:

President Obama has declared the 113th Congress the least productive in history — and the numbers back him up.

Complaining that the congress had passed only 23 public laws in its second session. To my mind, that was probably 22 too many, but at this stage we'll take the little rays of sunshine where we can find them.
