Does that make reloading akin to counterfeiting?
most musket balls were made by individuals, I will assume that producing this form of tender is legal for all.
Also, if you make your tender in a modern caliber, and load them into modern smokeless cartridges, you'll find your money goes further.
I'd say reloading is akin to value-added investing? Double your money!
