UPDATE: It works. I need to tweak it to allow multiple purchases though. Maybe tomorrow. The sight will work with most Ruger adjustable sights. All Mk models, Black and red hawks, GP revolvers and PC 9 and 10 carbines.
UPDATE: It works. So buy a sight and become a better shooter.

Than yes. The ad says this is common to SP101 and Blackhawk with adjustable rear sights.

The sight was intended for Ruger pistols. Ruger is attached to Dan Wesson but I'm no expert on their pistols. I sell just the blade. Someone who handles both brands would be able to tell you if the sight blades are interchangeable.
Are the Ruger Ghost Ring Sights still available?

My 6 1/2" bbl 357 new model Blackhawk shoots 1" low @ 25 yds with the elevation screw set as high as possible. Is your sight taller than factory?
The center of the hole is at the same height as the top of the original blade. Unless Ruger changed something and didn't tell me. You can check by removing the ghost ring and placing it over the old sight with the interface surfaces aligned.
I don't have your sight, I still have the factory blade. I'm looking for a taller rear sight before filing down the front sight. Sorry for the confusion.
