Next year, this will be called the Bush Depression.
Obie promises to fix it with a massive public works program on roads and bridges. They used to do this sort of thing regularly in the South.

Bush depression? I think not. It's traditional to name the downturn after the President who enters office after it ends. (See 2000.)
It's the Obama depression.
