Got the results of the IDPA match we held at the club. My shooting was swell. Quite good, even. Evidently I need to oil the wheels on my walker and push it a bit harder because my times sucked.
I have know of Rotax only from occasional reading, years ago, about dirt bikes, and more recently in re. ultralights. Hadn't ever really looked into them. But their 125cc Kart engine would be just the ticket to get your wheelchair, or bathtub, up and moving.
I have to amend the previous with the notation, "if price is no object". Because ~$4K seems a bit much for a 125, no matter how 1337 it might be. OTOH, a used Kaw 250 would provide an engine and all manner of usable parts for less than half that.

Nothing that can't be fixed with a Rotax engine and some creative fiddling.
I like the way you think. A tactical wheelchair, complete with armor and head-steered armament.

We can paint the bathtub green.
