Re-Inventing Communism

The French Communist Party is dropping the Hammer and Sickle logo from its membership cards.

The Hammer stood for factory workers, and the sickle for the farmers but today with most of its membership either government employees, union management, or people on the dole, none of whom actually produce anything, they're in need of a new logo. The French rooster swaddled in red tape perhaps?
