I have a better idea. Why not abolish the whole agency and repeal the 2 laws that give it justification: NFA34 and GCA 68?

Ya know it might be that the ATF, knowing it's despised, and knowing that the despisers have a president in office, might be ready to lift the jackboot a bit in an act of self-preservation.
