Hansen's? The 28th of Jan?
Nerdy T-shirt contest? That time of year we'll probably look like a bunch of flashers.
Anyone? Buller?
Update: Merles?
NOTES: Merles is a fine place. Good food, good beer, both large, is somewhat pricy. Swell place to visit, just not on Saturday night when it's packed to the walls.

We were talking about Merle's. What's a Hansen's?
Yeah, I gotta do the graphic. A bit distracted lately, what with buying a car and moving blog for Richard.
I blame seasonal distractive disorder. I also remember Richard promoting Hanson's last time.
Merle's is fine with me. At this point pretty much any place is fine with me.
Hanson's is a few short blocks from my house (and 1 block from the Louisiana light rail station), which is why I wouldn't mind going there.
What's a Merle's?

I've e-mailed some folks. Just for the heck of it, this is sort of entertaining, and it's John Scalzi.
Creep
Time of day?
Works for me, but I might not be there until 8 or so; got something else at 6. Just let me know where.
I'm thinking I'll be walking in in the 6:30-7:00 time frame. Don't worry, we'll still be there when you get there.
Which door?
Should we settle on Hanson's? (Have to think about parking.)
I'm in. Is it Merle's? Looks like it's a short walk from the Littleton/Downtown light rail station. And just 2 or 3 blocks from the Old Mill Brewery -- if the place sucks, we could just head over there.
I wish I could. I already have plans with darling wife.
Let me know when the next one is coming up and I'll be there if I can. I'm also thinking about taking a trip out to Tanner some time soon. If anyone else is planning an outing, let me know.
Where=Hansen's? I'm thinking I'd like to drop in.
Haven't been to one in a long time, would like to drop in.
What location is settling out?
How about Merles this time and Hansons the next. That way we've got two venues picked well ahead of time.
My boss says Merle's is super busy on weekends. I'm counting maybe 8 people:
You
Me
Richard
David A
Jeff
Robin
Roger
Nick
Reservation might be advisable.
The nice lady at Merles said we only need to confirm up to 10 prople 1/2 hour in advance over the phone, or when I/we get to the bar about 6:30.
Well, very cool.
Hey, we can talk about possible configurations for a DIY ball mill. Like whether it's better to go with pillow blocks, or find some skates at Goodwill.
OK it's Merle's around 8? Right?
Roger
I'll be wandering around looking stupid around 6:30 so take pity and don't recognize me.
