Dr (very important) Jill Biden produced a paper back in 2006 on retention of students in community colleges that contained this gem, found at Gateway Pundit:
"Three quarters of the class will be Caucasian; one quarter of the class will be African American; one seat will hold a Latino; and the remaining seats will be filled with students of Asian descent or non-resident aliens."
Now we all know that Harvard has been trying to reduce the number of Asian students enrolled there for the last few years by one subterfuge or another, but here's a scholarly paper on how to do it.
