State Of The Union
Found this one on Theo Spark, which is a daily read for me.
What's missing here is Chuck Smirkin' Chimp Schumer sawing at the rope with a knife on one end, and the 2 spies from Mad Magazine pouring gas on the rope and setting fire to the other.
