As part of the Maker Faire this weekend, there's the part where the makers doing demos are craft distillers and brewers. There's also this:

We will have a large whiteboard set up and will provide advice, drawings, and possibly requests to film from a safe distance, our solutions to whatever you think you need built. Some assembly may be required, funding, batteries, and legal advise not included.
