Is the plate-like arrangement on the roof the condenser?<br /><br />And is the engine a turbine or steam reciprocating?<br /><br />The gas can looks like it is a specific, liquid fuel boiler. Gas, diesel, kerosene, chicken fat or canola oil, or something.
