A motion will be introduced to the town council in Craig, CO tonight to mandate ownership of a Modern Sporting Rifle in whatever pattern by every household. As is usual with these sorts of things, there is no penalty for non-compliance.

I have no idea how this might fare as Craig is a long ways away from Littleton, physically and philosophically. Still it would be nice to see a Colorado town join with the likes of Kennesaw GA.

Well Billll,
I went to the City Council Meeting tonight here in Craig. Dr. Rummel presented his case clearly and concisely. Seems that even here in rural Colorado, our pols are more interested in covering their asses and not making any waves with their Dark Overlords in Denver than they were in our rights. They haven't taken any votes, so there is still some hope, but with our liberal mayor and his cowardly henchmen, I have little faith in them doing anything productive. They kept beating making a "resolution" instead of and ordinance. We all know how effective sending weak kneed proclamations to Denver goes. Hopefully we can get a Citizens Petition going. Wish us luck!
Keep after them. Shame the running dog lackeys of socialist imperialist Denver into making a statement.
